Baked Lasagna

12 to15 cooked Lasagna noodles (enough to make 3 layers in lasagna pan)*
3 large eggs, beaten
2 tbs dried parsley
1/3 to 1/2 cup grated Parmeasan Cheese
1 to 1/2 quarts favorite meat sauce or see recipe
2 lb Ricotta Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1 lb. (4 cups ) grated Mozzarella Cheese

Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley & salt. Coat bottom of lasagna pan with sauce. Then layer. 1st & 2nd layers -1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/2 ricotta mix & 1/3 Mozzarella. Last layer-remaining noodles, sauce & and mozzarella.

*To keep noodles from sticking together, Add some olive oil in the boiling water &, after draining & rinsing, place on wax paper in single layers.
