Overnight Eggs and Cheese

1 Dozen eggs beaten
4 cups shredded Cheese of choice such as 2 cups Cheddar & 2 cups Monterey ???Jack —may use more cheese ???if desired.
3 cups Milk
16 oz box croutons ( I usePepperidge Farm seasoned)
1 tsp dry mustard( 0ptional)
9’’x 13’’ pan, buttered

Optional items– Ham, bacon, sausage, onions, bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, etc I usually add ham.

The night before or at least 6 hours before baking, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. When ready to bake pour into prepared pan

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees,???serves 8.
