Dressing:
1 heaping tsp onion
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c sugar
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Salad:
tomatoes
bacon bits
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
fresh greens
Mix salad pieces together, adding vegetables to taste. Shake the dressing ingredients together until thick. Refrigerate until needed. Do not add the dressing until ready to serve or the salad will wilt.
