1 bunch fresh or frozen broccoli
2 cups cooked and sliced chicken or turkey
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Place chicken or top of broccoli Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder, and pour this over broccoli and chicken. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
