Snickerdoodles

from Julie Halsema 1 c shortening1 1/2 c sugar2 eggs2 3/4 flour2 tsp tartar1 tsp soda1/4 tsp saltcinnamon sugarMix dry ingredients. Blend eggs, sugar, and shortening until creamy. Add dry ingredients. Roll into balls. Dip in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
